Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VANTA ("the Service"), operated by ThreeSixty Atlantic ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VANTA in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VANTA is an AI-powered LUT (Look-Up Table) generation tool that allows users to create .cube files for use in professional video editing software, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Apple Final Cut Pro. The Service accepts text descriptions and reference images as input and generates downloadable color grade files as output.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Service Access

VANTA is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, usage limits, or other access controls in the future with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI model or API
  • Circumvent any rate limiting, authentication, or access controls
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any images or descriptions you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested LUT output.

6.2 Generated LUTs

The .cube files generated by the Service are yours to use freely for personal and commercial projects, including client work, film, video, and content creation. You may not resell generated LUT files as standalone products without modification.

6.3 VANTA Platform

All intellectual property in the VANTA platform — including the software, brand, interface, and underlying technology — remains the exclusive property of ThreeSixty Atlantic Group. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

7. Third-Party Services

VANTA uses third-party services including OpenAI for AI processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GENERATED LUTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. COLOR RESULTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON SOURCE FOOTAGE, CAMERA PROFILE, AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREESIXTY ATLANTIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
